Now in its fourth year, the YCL Fellowship empowers exceptional Muslim professionals (ages 24–30) to lead with integrity, purpose, and vision. Each year, 20 fellows from across North America, Europe, and beyond join a multi-month journey of mentorship, dialogue, and collaboration.
The programme begins online with skills-building workshops, continues with a dedicated retreat, and culminates at the Concordia Forum Annual Retreat — where fellows engage with global leaders across sectors.
Graduates join a transatlantic alumni network, gaining lifelong access to mentorship, opportunities, and the wider Concordia community.
